Atlantic Salmon Salad
I use this for Sandwiches on good quality toasted wheat bread. I also use this as a dip for crackers or pita chips. Be sure you chill it well before using. If you dont want to chill this, then pop the canned salmon into the refridgerator for a few hours.

| 2 cans; Atlantic Salmon 10 ounce Boneless and skinless |
| 1 carrot shredded |
| 2 celery; minced |
| 1/4 cuprelish; sweet |
| 1/4 cupMayonnaise |
| 1/4 onion; red |
| 1/2 lime; squeezed |
Atlantic Salmon Salad Preparation
Mix all ingredients together except lime. Add more mayo if needed but not too much more, then squeeze your lime and mix it all together, season with little sea salt and lots of pepper.
Chill for 1 hour
