Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 canCrab
1/2 packageCream cheese
2 eaGreen onion; chopped
1/4 cupMayonnaise
12 eaWontons; wrappers

Appetizer - Crab Cheese Wontons Preparation

Heat oven to 350F.

Mix crab, cream cheese, onion and mayo.

Place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, extending edges of wrappers over sides of cups. Fill with crab mixture.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until edges of cups are golden brown and filling is heated through.

For a Crispier Wonton----

Bake won ton wrappers in muffin cups at 350F for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Fill with crabmeat mixture and bake 6 to 8 minutes or until filling is heated through.

Optional: Service with Jalapeno Jelly or Sweet & Sour sauce.
