Appetizer - Kimmy's Texas Chili Con Queso
Chile Con Queso is Spanish for "chile with cheese". This is a 'Chili' with Cheese recipe which is a twist and yummy.

|1 can (12 oz)Pinto beans|
|2 tablespoonOlive oil|
|1 lbVelveeta; cubed|
|1 can (12 oz)Rotel|

|1 tablespoonOnion powder|
|2 tablespoonGarlic powder|
|to tasteSalt and pepper; to taste|
|2 cubesBoullion cube|
|1/2 teaspoonCayenne Pepper|

|5 tablespoonChili Powder|
|1 teaspoonGarlic powder|
|1 teaspoonBrown sugar|

|1/2 teaspoonGarlic powder|
|1/2 teaspoonOnion powder|

Appetizer - Kimmy's Texas Chili Con Queso Preparation
Add all chili ingredients in a crock pot for 1 hour.
Add Batch 1 ingredients, and simmer another 45-1 hour. Add Batch 2 ingredients, and simmer another 1/2 hour. Add Batch 3 ingredients, and simmer another 1/2 hour.
Sneak tastes with tortilla chips all thru the process!
