Chile Con Queso is Spanish for "chile with cheese". This is a 'Chili' with Cheese recipe which is a twist and yummy.

Appetizer - Kimmy's Texas Chili Con Queso Preparation
Add all chili ingredients in a crock pot for 1 hour.
Add Batch 1 ingredients, and simmer another 45-1 hour. Add Batch 2 ingredients, and simmer another 1/2 hour. Add Batch 3 ingredients, and simmer another 1/2 hour.
Sneak tastes with tortilla chips all thru the process!
Serve:
-- as an appetizer with chips
-- or with tortillas rolled up
-- or over enchiladas
-- or as a soup (top with chopped onions)
-- or as a topping for nachos
-- or with french fries
-- or on a hot dog for a chili dog
