Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 eaPizza Dough; Bobolli or Crescents arranged in a circle
1/3 lbSausage
1/2 cupHash Browns
2 tablespoonGreen pepper; chopped
1/2 cupCheddar; shredded
1/3 cupMushroom; chopped
2 eaEgg; beaten
2 tablespoonMilk
1 tablespoonParmesan Cheese; grated

Brunch - Breakfast Pizza Preparation

If using crescents: Separate crescent dough into four triangles; arrange on a ungreased 7-1/2-in. round pizza pan with points toward the center. Press onto the bottom of pan, building up edges slightly; seal perforations.

If using bobolli, continue.

In a small skillet, cook sausage, pepper and mushrooms; drain. Sprinkle over crust. Top with potatoes and cheddar cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. Scramble the eggs until runny and not dry. Add to the pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375F for 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Cut into slices.
