Beat milk and pudding mixes together. Add pumpkin and spices and whisk until blended. Sitr in 1/2 the cool whip and pour into the crust. Top with the remaining cool whip.
Chill 1 hour. Top with the other 1/2 drizzled carmel and pecans.
