Main - Peppercorn Burger Preparation
Crush the peppercorns by smashing peppercorns covered in a towel with a mallet.
Mix defrosted ground beef with crushed peppercorns, although save ~1 tablespoon peppercorns for the outside of the burger. Add salt & pepper and mix, then let sit for an hour.
Place the saved crushed peppercorns in a bowl, and mix with garlic powder, cajun seasonings and mustard. Alternatively, there is an A-1 Peppercorn sauce you can use.
Form into 4 patties, and dip into the peppercorn mixture. Place on the grill or a frying pan and cook to order until the outside is crusted with black pepper & spices. Place each patty on a bun. Add a slice of provolone.
Top with with shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle, Awesome Blossom strings and bleu cheese dressing.
