1/2 jarGreen Olives; halved
2 cupsMonzarella; grated
-- Ham, Swiss & Shallots --
2 eaShallot; chopped
12 sprigsThyme
1/2 lbHam; deli sliced
1/2 cupSwiss; grated
-- Tomato, Kalamata & Scallion --
2 lgTomato; thinly sliced
2 eaScallion; thinly sliced
1/4 cupKalamata Olives; halved
-- Prosciutto & Arugula--
1/2 cupArugula leaves
2 ounceMonzarella; thinly sliced

1/2 cupSpaghetti Sauce

1/2 cupGreen Olives; halved
1/4 cupParmesan Cheese; grated
2 cupMonzarella; thinly slice

4 slicesBacon; cooked & crumbled

1/2 cupMushroom; sliced
1 cupAlfredo sauce
2 cupMonzarella; grated

1 lbSausage; browned
1/2 packageHash Browns; thawed
4 eaEgg; beaten
1 1/2 cupCheddar; grated
1/2 cupMushroom; sliced

Homemade Pizza Ideas Preparation

Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.

Sausage, Spinach & Provolone: spread 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil on the crust. top with Sausage, then slices of cheese, then steamed spinach.

Hamburger & Green Olive: Spread spagetti sauce over the crust. Top with ground beef, then olives, then monzarella

Ham, Swiss & Shallot: Toss shallots, thyme, olive oil and salt/pepper. Top the dough with olive oil, and add the ham (torn apart), shallot mixture, then the cheese.

Tomato, Kalamata & Scallion: Top the dough with tomatoes, then scallions, then olives. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.

Proscuitto & Arugula: Trim stems off the arugula. Thinly slice the cheese. Top the dough with sauce. Add mozzarella and bake. After baking, add arugula and proscuitto.

White Pizza: Mix olive oil, garlic, basil and oregano. Add salt/pepper and Alfredo sauce and mix well. Spread ham on top of the dough, top with the Alfredo sauce, then top with tomatoes and feta cheese.

Olive & Anchovy: Drizzle some olive oil over the dough and sprinkle the oregano. Cover with a layer of tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Add anchovies and olives.

Alexs Supreme: Top dough, in order with the sauce, garlic, onion, green pepper, olives, mushroom, 1/2 monzarella, pepperoni, bacon, ham, sausage and top with the other 1/2 of cheese.

Breakfast: Top dough with hashbrowns. Add sausage, mushrooms, then carefully pour the eggs over top. Add the cheddar. NOTE: Can substitute crescent rolls, stuck together, as vs pizza dough!

If the puck ever decides to actually post a recipe on here (I don't think he will, we all know why) he will realize that sometimes the bigoven software does this to recipes, some of mine are a little off as well, I read the recipe and can figure out what to do. So sad we have to put up with the 'pucks' of this world..happy cooking.
