Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) Creamed corn
1 package Corn; frozen
3 ea Egg; beaten
1 cup Sour cream
1 box Corn muffin mix; Jiffy
1 stick Butter; melted

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Preparation

Mix all, except the corn muffin mix. Put in a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle box of corn muffin over the mcorn misture. Drizzle the stick of butter over the muffin mix.

Bake 375F for 40 minutes.
