2 lbSpinach; fresh, cleaned with stems removed
1/2 cupGreen onion; chopped
1 cloveGarlic; minced
1 cupCream
pinchSalt and pepper; to taste
pinchNutmeg

Veggie - Creamed Spinach Preparation

Clean, remove the stems and chop the spinach.

saute the onion and garlic in the oil; add the spinach and cook for 3 minutes. Add the seasonings, cream and mix well. Serve hot.
