Loaded Potato Skins
Delicious bacon cheddar potato skins with a creamy 'sour-cream & chive filling'.

| 2 Potatoes |
| 1 C Sour Cream |
| 1 packagecheddar cheese; shredded |
| 1 packageShredded Colby Jack and Cheddar blend |
| 1 package ofBacon; cut into small chunks and cooked |
| 3 TBS Dried or fresh chives |
| 1 splash Milk or... |
| 1 splash Ranch dressing (hidden valley) |
| 2 tspGarlic powder |
| To taste: Salt And Pepper |
Loaded Potato Skins Preparation
Bake Potatoes at 350 degrees until soft. Remove, cut in half and hollow out potatoes.
In a separate bowl mix together:
Potato centers
Sour Cream
Chives
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Garlic Powder
and salt and pepper to taste
Add a splash of ranch or milk to make the mixture more moist and creamy (not runny)
Put a small layer of filling back into the potato skins, top with cooked bacon and shredded colby, jack and cheddar.
Place potato skins on a cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees until the cheese bubbles on top. Remove and top with sour cream and chives. Or add a side of ranch.
