Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1/2 cupshortening
1/2 cupbutter (softened)
1 lb.powdered sugar; sifted (Aprox. 4 cups)
1 teaspoonvanilla
2 tablespoonsMilk

Buttercream Frosting Preparation

1. Mix the shortening and butter together on low speed.

2. Sift in the powdered sugar. Mix on low speed for 1 min.

3. Add the vanilla and milk. Continue to mix on low until fluffy. Add more milk if needed.
