This recipe hits above its weight class in terms of taste and visual presentation. Very simple to make, fast enough for a weeknight, and it's easy to double. You can even freeze the leftovers. A few fresh Parmesan shavings make this look like a gourmet meal.
Cook pasta and drain. In a large saucepan, add garlic in hot oil over medium high heat for 30 seconds. Add chicken, basil and chili flakes. Cook and stir until browned. Add chicken broth, dried tomatoes and white wine. Bring to boil then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2 minutes more. Stir pasta into chicken mixture and heat through.
