Notes All-american Burgers (8) Preparation
- Preheat grill on high
- Combine all indredients in a bowl
- Mix untill evenly distributed
- Divide into 5 equal portions
- Form into patties about 1 inch think
- Dip paper towell in vegtable oil and rub on grill gate
- Place burgers on the grill reduce lightly to medium-high
- DO NOT press the burgers down grill with cover closed
- Grill 5-6 minutes per side do not move burgers while cooking
- Transfer to plate, tent with foil for 5 minutes
