New-York style cheesecake with strawberries topping

1- For the crust: Mix butter + graham crumbs together, then put it in the springform pan, you might have to press/mash it. Then put it in the oven that was supposed to be preheated at 325 F until the crust is golden.
You decide of the thickness and the moisteness of the crust : put more butter if u want more moist, a bit less to make it more dry.
2- For the cheesecake, mix cream cheese + sugar + flour at medium speed; then add the eggs and mix at low speed until it is creamy.
4- Bake the mix at 325 F. (i baked around 1 hour while doing visual checkups through the oven window every like 10 min after 30 min, then turned the oven OFF with leaving the cheesecake inside the oven....then removed it from the oven after 1 more hour.)
5- Let the cheesecake cool down at room temperature before putting it in the fridge and before putting strawberries on.
6- Prepare the strawberries and the red glaze according to the instructions in the package of the red glaze. Place the strawberries to decorate the cake and then put the red glaze on the top with a brush.
7- Put the cheesecake in the fridge until the other day.... then it is ready to eat! :)
