Super Easy, super healthy, super delicious!
Heat oven to convection 400 F. Place washed and dried asparagus (ends cut off) on a cookie sheet. Spray with olive oil misto sprayer, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and bake. Turn once and serve - cooking time about 15 minutes.
