Poppyseed Chicken Casserole
| 3 chicken breasts; boneless and skinless |
| 2 tablespoonspoultry seasoning |
| 1/4 poundangel hair pasta; just a handful |
| 8 ouncessour cream |
| 1 cancream of chicken soup |
| 1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers |
| 1 stickButter |
| 2 tablespoonspoppyseeds |
Poppyseed Chicken Casserole Preparation
Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and season with the poultry seasoning. Pan fry until cooked through.
Cook angel hair pasta noodles according to instructions on box.
In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup and mix until blended. Add the cooked chicken and cooked pasta and stir until coated. Pour this mixture into a casserole dish.
Melt one stick of butter. Take a roll and a half of Ritz crackers and crumble. Mix butter, Ritz cracker pieces and poppyseeds until the crackers take on a wet appearance. Spread evenly on top of chicken mixture.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30 minutes.
