Very quick and easy, great for parties or gifts to bring.
Combine all ingredients with the exception of Coconut Flakes into food processor and mix until slightly pasty. Remove and knead on counter until all ingredients are properly mixed.
Use a teaspoon to scoop up mixture and roll into small balls in your palm. Coat with coconut flakes and serve.
Tip: Best if chilled in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
