MIx all the ingredients, being sure that the dry mustard is mixed well. Put London Broil in a gallon size plastic bag. Pour marinade over meat. Marinade for at least 4 hours, overnight is better. Turn over every couple of hours. Let the meat warm to room temperature before grilling or broiling. Discard marinade.
DO NOT USE GARLIC SALT. The Soy Sauce contains all the salt you need for this recipe.
