Cheryl's "Healthy" Chicken Bog Preparation
1. In a large pot combine chicken broth, salt and rice. (Follow directions for time from rice package.)
2. In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil for 10 min. Add chicken. Cook and stir until chicken is lightly browned and onion is tender.
3. Meanwhile, prepare another skillet with cooking spray and cook sausage. Roll in paper towels to remove excess grease when done. Slice up and add to chicken.
4. When rice is cooked, add chicken and sausage mixture to rice. Stir, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
