Goulosh

A slight twist on "traditional" (if there is such a thing) goulosh.

Servings          
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1 lb.hamburger
small onion; chopped
2 canstomato sauce; 15 oz.
elbow macaroni; 12-16 oz.
Velveeta cheese; 8-10 oz.
salt and pepper to taste

Goulosh Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Add tomato sauce, salt & pepper, simmer. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.

In a 9x12 greased casserole dish, mix together pasta and meat sauce. Add cubed Velveeta and give a final mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
