Simple Pasta Salad
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 1 pkgPasta Spirals; Garden Mix |
| 1 eaRed onion; diced |
| 1 eaRed bell pepper; diced |
| 1 eaGreen Bell Pepper; diced |
| 1 Cartongrape tomatos; sliced in half long way |
| 8 eaFresh basil leaves; chopped |
| 1 lbChicken Breast from a local deli; diced |
| 1 cupParmesan cheese; grated |
| Salt and pepper; to taste |
| 1 bottleZesty or Creamy Italian Salad Dressing |
Simple Pasta Salad Preparation
Tools Needed
Cutting Board
Chefs Knife
Large Mixing Bowl
Fine cheese grater
spatula
1. Grade one cup parmesan cheese
2. Dice Vegetables, and chicken including cut tomatoes
3. Prepare noodles using directions on the package. (noodles should be al dente) cool with cold water.
4. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl including salad dressing
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Cover and Chill for 2 hours before service
7. Add fresh chopped basil and serve
