Original recipe makes 6 Servings
2 cupssliced fennel
2 cups ofleeks sliced
(use only white & Lt green parts)
12 smallred potatoes quarted
1 jar(26oz) marinara sause
1 3/4 cups ofchicken broth
1 cup ofwater
1/3 cup ofdry red wine
1/4 tap crushed red pepper
25 mussels
12 scallops
1 lb ofhalibut fillet cut on chunks
(Remove skin)

1.Put all the ingredients except seafood in a 5-qt slow cooker.

2.Cover and cook 7 to 9 hrs on low or until vegetables are done

3.Add seafood with shells at high heat.Cover for 30 min or until

Mussels open and scallops and halibut is done.

Scrub mussels clean,and throw out any that are opened Or do not closed when taped.This is done before cooked. [I posted this recipe.]
