Salsa Chicken & Pasta Skillet
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 2 cRotini; uncooked |
| 1 lbBoneless skinless chicken breast; cut into bite size pieces |
| 16 ozSalsa; spicy to taste |
| 10 ozFrozen corn |
| 4 ozCream cheese; cubed |
| 1/4 tspChili Powder |
| 1 cMexican 4 cheese blend; shredded |
Salsa Chicken & Pasta Skillet Preparation
Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile cook and stir chicken in a large non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 6 min, or until done. Add next 4 ingredients and mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat until the cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta and add it to the chicken mixture with ? cup shredded cheese, simmer until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Top with remaining shredded cheese and cover skillet with lid and remove from heat. Serve when cheese has melted.
