Layered Cobb Salad
Original recipe makes 16 Servings
| 6 cRomaine lettuce; chopped |
| 2 cCherry tomatoes; halved |
| 3 cChicken; cooked and chopped |
| 1 Large Avacado; seeded, peeled and chopped |
| 1 Small red onion; chopped |
| 1 cRanch dressing |
| 1 cCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 8 slicesBacon; cooked and crumbled |
Layered Cobb Salad Preparation
In a 3-qt trifle bowl layer the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, avacado, onions and spread ranch dressing over top to seal. Top with cheese and bacon. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
