Chicken Noodle Soup

This is a quick, easy recipe for chicken noodle soup. I use bagged egg noodles instead of making them from scratch.

Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1/2 poundchicken breast; cut in bite size pieces & boiled
1 tablespoonButter
1/2 cupOnion; chopped
1/2 cupCelery; chopped
1/2 cupCarrots; chopped
4 canschicken broth; 14.5 oz
1 canvegetable broth; 14.5 oz
1 1/2 cupegg noodles
1/2 teaspoonBasil
1/2 teaspoonoregano
salt & pepper; to taste

Chicken Noodle Soup Preparation

In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Cook onion, celery, and carrots in butter; about 5 mins, until tender. Pour in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
