Zucchini and Bacon Pasta (5) Preparation
- Cook bacon until crisp
- Remove and discard all but 2 T of grease
- Saute onion on medium high in drippings until golden brown.
- Add zucchini, garlic and salt, cook until tender
- Boil pasta
- Add pasta to zucchini mixture
- Add lemon juice and bacon and toss
- Sprinkle with cheese
