Easiest Ever Biscuits and Gravy

This is super simple to make and everyone loves it! There's nothing like Biscuits and Gravy to start the day out right.

Original recipe makes 5 Servings
1 lb. Sage flavored bulk pork sausage
1 smallonion; chopped finely
2 Tblsp. Butter
6-8 Tblsp. All purpose flour
1 quartmilk or more depending on how thick you like it
1/2 tsp.Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp.Poultry Seasoning
1/4 tsp.Salt
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of hot pepper sauce
Garnish with Parsley if you like

Easiest Ever Biscuits and Gravy Preparation

Brown Sausage in large skillet over medium heat, when half cooked add onion and cook until meat is done and onions are transparent. Add butter as most sausage you buy now has very little fat content. Stir in flour with drippings and butter over medium heat a few more minutes when mixture turns brown. Stir in milk. Add seasonings, stir until thickened. Serve over hot Angel biscuits.
