Mix four, butter and pecans. Press into a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Bake 20 min. at 350(F).
Cream sugar and cream cheese. Fold in half of cool whip and spread mixture over cooled crust. Blend pudding with milk until pudding begins to thicken. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Spread remaining cool whip over pudding. Refrigerate until completely cold and firm.
