This is a fast and easy dish that is great for breakfast or dinner.
Whip 12 eggs in a large bowl. Add milk to desired consistency.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese all across the bottom of pan.
Pour egg mixture in evenly.
Sprinkle green chiles throughout.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
You can add bacon, tomatoes, onions, sausage, etc. to this versatile dish.
