| 1 cupsugar |
| 1/4 cupbaking cocoa |
| 1 teaspoonbaking soda |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder |
| 1 1/3 cupmashed bananas |
| 1/3 cupVegetable oil |
| 1 egg |
| 1 cupminiature semisweet chocolate chips |
Double Chocolate Banana Muffins Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine bananas, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three fourth full. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins test done.
Makes 1 dozen muffins.
