Original recipe makes 4 Servings
3/4 cuptapioca flour
1/2 cupwhite rice flour
1/3 cupchickpea flour
1/3 cupsorghum flour
1 teaspoonxanthan gum
1 teaspoonSea salt
1/2 cupWhole milk
1 packageYeast
2 teaspoonssugar
2 largeegg whites; lightly beaten
3 tablespoonsExtra-Virgin Olive Oil

Gluten-Free Pizza Dough Preparation

Combine sugar, yeast, and warmed milk - let sit for 5 minutes. Combine remaining dry ingredients. Roll into two 12 inch pizzas lined with parchment paper on both sides. Par-bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, top and bake as usual.
