KR's Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Preparation
Cut slices 3-4 inches deep into top and down sides of roast and stuff garlic and onion slices into crevices.
Rub all over with pork rub
2-3 minute sear for each side in very lightly oiled pan, then to crock pot with broth 6-8 hours on high.
