Original recipe makes 40 Servings
3/4 cupsugar
3/4 cupBrown sugar
1 cupButter
2 largeEgg
1 teaspoonVanilla
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1 teaspoonBaking Powder
1 teaspoonBaking soda
2 cupFlour
2 cupOatmeal,
1 cupCoconut,
1 cupRaisins
1 cupWalnuts,

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large mixing bowl, cream sugars and butter. Add in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, Sift in salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Stir in oatmeal, coconut, raisins, and walnuts.

Using tablespoon, drop onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until set.
