Marinade for pork tenderloin

It's delicious with the pork but also works well with chicken.When you make the dish for side choose mashed potatoes and some sort of veggie.

Original recipe makes 2 Servings
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupveggie oil
1/2 cupSoy sauce
1/2 cupv8 tomato juice
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
1 clove ofgarlic MINCED

Marinade for pork tenderloin Preparation

Poke meat with a fork to make sure the maranade is really absorbed. It's best if you let it sit for a few hours, even over night.

With chicken it only needs a hr.

Meat can be BBQed until it's cooked to your preverence

Or

If you have no BBQ use the broil setting on the oven at a temp of 375 and cook till your preference is met.

The longer the pork sits in the maranade the more flavor it will have.

If you're making chicken it only need a hr of maranade time. [I posted this recipe.]
