The best sauce! The meat is always tender too!
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and put in the refrigerator.
Bake whole brisket, covered with foil, for 4hrs. at 250 degrees (you may need to adjust the cooking time per pound of meat). Drain grease and slice brisket.
Pour 3/4 sauce over the sliced brisket and bake uncovered for about 2 more hrs. at 300 degrees; basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
