Chicken Tofu Curry

Original recipe makes 6 Servings
Flour Mixture
¼ cup flour
4 tspcurry powder
2 tspsugar or 2 pkg Splenda
1 tspSalt
¼ tsp ginger
1/8 tspwhite pepper
½-1 tsp cayenne pepper to taste
Vegetable Mixture
1/3 cupor 1 medium onion chopped
4 stalkscelery finely chopped
2 sticksshredded
1 bunchgreen onions chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 yellow bell pepper chopped (Optional)
1 orange bell pepper chopped (Optional)
1 cupmushrooms sliced (Optional)
½ head Nappa cabbage chopped (Optional)
1/3 cupor 1 medium red onion chopped (Optional)
Note: Any or all optional ingredients are not nec
Miscellaneous
4 tablespoonsbutter or Olive oil
2 clovesgarlic minced or 1/2 tsp dried minced garlic rehyd
2 cups milk or Coconut milk (Note: 1 cup of powder

Chicken Tofu Curry Preparation

Sauté Garlic in butter or olive oil over low-med heat until toasted and fragrant add Vegetable Mixture stirring constantly until onions are clear. Add Flour Mixture, milk, tofu, and chicken to Vegetable Mixture stirring constantly over med heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Makes 6-8 servings. Serve over 1-cup cooked rice, 1 package ramen noodles, or 1 serving soba noodles
