Original recipe makes 1.5 Servings
1 1/4 cupswater
1/4 cupmilk
2 tablespoonshoney
1 tablespoonbutter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoonssalt
3 cupsbread flour (Iuse Gold Medal)
1 1/2 teaspoonsfast rising yeast
1/2 cupOats
1/2 cupraisins
1 tablespoon ofCinnamon; at your own taste

Oatmeal-Raisin-Cinnamon Bread Preparation

Directions

1 Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except oats and raisins in the bread machine.

2 Set program to basic cycle (Mine is #1) and medium crust setting; press start.

3 Add oats and raisins at the end of the first kneading cycle.

4 Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
