This is a recipe my Mother used years ago when she worked for titled people and it has been a favourite with us all, you can add an apple ring on top if wished or serve with apple sauce, its delicious and chops become very tender
Coat chops in the dry mustard powder on both sides
Lay in shallow ovenproof dish
sprinkle chops generously with brown sugar
pour milk between chops, level with chops (DO NOT COVER WITH MILK)
Bake in moderate oven 190c 375f approx 1 hour until golden brown you can serve this with sauteed potatoes cauliflower cheese or any of your favorite vegetables
