1. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and pepper. Blend in the cheese, then form into 4 burgers.
2. Heat an indoor ridged grill sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook the burgers until cooked through, 6-8 minutes on each side. Serve the burgers in buns.

vamom 3 years agoI thought these were very good. It was very quick and easy to put together. I just grilled them on my foreman grill. I thought they might have been a tad dry but that just might be the fact that I used turkey instead of ground beef. I will be making these again.
