Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 canPineapple; chunk and drained
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 stickButter; melted
1/2 tube of butter crackers

Mom's Baked Pineapple Preparation

- Preheat oven at 350

- Mix the first four ingredients together until thick

- Pour in a baking dish

- Crush crackers and sprinkle on top; for texture spray the crackers with butter

- Bake for 45 minutes
