Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 1/2 lbs ofwhole red new potatoes
Olive Oil
2 clovesgarlic; minced (or to taste)
Cavender's Greek Seasoning (amount to taste)

Roasted New Potatoes with Garlic and Greek seasoning Preparation

Cut potatoes into bite size chunks, leaving the skin on

Place the cut potatoes into a mixing bowl or sealed bag

Then pour desired amount of olive oil in bag to coat the potatoes

Add the minced garlic and Cavender's Greek Seasoning to desired amount

Mix together until potatoes are coated

Cook in 450 degree oven for 35-45 minutes, turning once half way.

Everything is to taste. Adding your favorite cheese to the potatoes in the last few minutes in the oven until just melted is yummy too. [I posted this recipe.]
