| 1 tspblack pepper |
| 1 tspadobo seasoning |
| 1 cupchicken broth |
| 2 tspminced garlic |
| 1/2 tspchili powder |
| 1/3 tspchili flakes |
| 1/2 tspcumin |
| 1 tbspolive oil |
| 1 mediumOnion; chopped |
| 2 green peppers chopped |
| 2 lbschicken thighs; skinkless & boneless |
| 1 canblack beans; drained (15.5oz) |
| 1 canchopped green chilies drained (4 oz) |
| cheese; shredded |
| Sour Cream |
Mexican Chicken Preparation
- Add first (1st) eleven (11) ingredients to slow cooker and mix well
- Add chicken and stir well to coat chicken with seasoning
- Add Black beans and chili (do not stir)
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
- Stir before serving
