Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tbsptomato paste
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspadobo seasoning
1 cupchicken broth
2 tspminced garlic
1/2 tspchili powder
1/3 tspchili flakes
1/2 tspcumin
1 tbspolive oil
1 mediumOnion; chopped
2 green peppers chopped
2 lbschicken thighs; skinkless & boneless
1 canblack beans; drained (15.5oz)
1 canchopped green chilies drained (4 oz)
cheese; shredded
Sour Cream

Mexican Chicken Preparation

- Add first (1st) eleven (11) ingredients to slow cooker and mix well

- Add chicken and stir well to coat chicken with seasoning

- Add Black beans and chili (do not stir)

- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours

- Stir before serving
