In a large bowl, combine cabbage and green onions. Crush the ramen noodles (saving the flavor packets) and place crushed noodles with cabbage and onions. In a seperate bowl combine sugar, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, pepper, and the 2 remaining ramen noodle flavor packets. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate 1-3 hours before serving. Just before serving, add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and toasted almonds.
