| 8 wholeroma (plum) tomatoes; diced |
| 1/3 cupfresh basil; chopped |
| 1/4 cupparmesan cheese; shredded |
| 2 clovesgarlic; minced |
| 1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar |

| 1/4 teaspoonkosher salt |
| 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper |
| 1 loafFrench bread; toasted and sliced |

Directions
1. In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
