8 wholeroma (plum) tomatoes; diced
1/3 cupfresh basil; chopped
1/4 cupparmesan cheese; shredded
2 clovesgarlic; minced
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1 teaspoonolive oil
1/4 teaspoonkosher salt
1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1 loafFrench bread; toasted and sliced

Directions

1. In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
