| 125 g Unsalted Butter |
| 150 g Normal White Chocolate (not cooking chocolate) |
| 175 g Caster Sugar |
| 125 g Self Raising Flour |
| 90 g Dessicated Coconut |
| 2 Eggs (beaten) |
| 150 g Raspberries (fresh or frozen) |
White Chocolate and Raspberry Slice Preparation
Preheat oven to 180C.
Melt butter & chocolate over low heat.
Add caster sugar, stir.
Pour in to a large bowl, add flour & coconut, stir, then add eggs.
Stir lightly, then fold in raspberries.
Pour into a greased 16x26cm slice tin.
Bake for 40 mins, cool in tin.
