| 3 cupsWhole wheat egg noddles |
| 1 largeorange bell pepper; cut into strips |
| 1 Onion; chopped |
| .5 lbground beef; lean |
| 1.5 cupsspaghetti sauce; low fat |
| 1 cancream of chicken; low fat |
| 3/4 cupcheddar cheese; reduce fat; shredded |
| 1 packageturkey pepperoni |
| 2 tbspParmesan cheese |
Low Fat Pizza Casserole (Weight Watchers) Preparation
- Cook noodles according to package
- Spray skillet, cook peppers and onions for 5 minutes, add beef, cook until brown.
- Add spaghetti sauce, soup, half of the cheese and noodles.
- Spoon into baking dish.
- Bake until hot, about 40 minutes.
- Top with cheese bake until melted.
