Original recipe makes 4 Servings
3 cupsWhole wheat egg noddles
1 largeorange bell pepper; cut into strips
1 Onion; chopped
.5 lbground beef; lean
1.5 cupsspaghetti sauce; low fat
1 cancream of chicken; low fat
3/4 cupcheddar cheese; reduce fat; shredded
1 packageturkey pepperoni
2 tbspParmesan cheese

Low Fat Pizza Casserole (Weight Watchers) Preparation

- Cook noodles according to package

- Spray skillet, cook peppers and onions for 5 minutes, add beef, cook until brown.

- Add spaghetti sauce, soup, half of the cheese and noodles.

- Spoon into baking dish.

- Bake until hot, about 40 minutes.

- Top with cheese bake until melted.
