Ingredients

3 cups Whole wheat egg noddles
1 large orange bell pepper; cut into strips
1 Onion; chopped
.5 lb ground beef; lean
1.5 cups spaghetti sauce; low fat
1 can cream of chicken; low fat
3/4 cup cheddar cheese; reduce fat; shredded
1 package turkey pepperoni
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Preparation

- Cook noodles according to package

- Spray skillet, cook peppers and onions for 5 minutes, add beef, cook until brown.

- Add spaghetti sauce, soup, half of the cheese and noodles.

- Spoon into baking dish.

- Bake until hot, about 40 minutes.

- Top with cheese bake until melted.
