1 lbGround beef
1 cnCream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper; as desired
1/2 lbNoodles; dry
1 smOnion; chopped
1/2 cVelveeta cheese; cut up

Velveeta Hamburger and Noodle Casserole Preparation

Cook noodles al dente. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain grease. Mix together with noodles. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cheese may be mixed in or sprinkled on top. Bake 1 hour at 350~. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #1054 by "M. Hicks" on Jan 29, 1998

I second the person who said the recipe has too many noodles. Seems like it can be really good if you find the right mix.

Too many noodles. cut in half, 1/4 lb. dry noodles, unless your feeding a huge crowd and really trying to stretch 1lb. hamburger. Otherwise, good.

I didn't have velveeta so I used Sharp cheddar and I added garlic and French onion toppings but a hour in the oven way to long noodles came out crunching but deff. Will make again.
