1 half chicken breast
1 bunchof asparagus
1 russet potato
1/3 tsp ofpaprika
1/3 tsp ofblack pepper
1/3 tsp ofcayenne pepper
1/3 tsp ofchili powder
1 tsp ofkosher salt
1/3 tsp ofcumin
1/4 tsp ofBasil
1/3 tsp ofgarlic powder
1/3 tsp ofgranulated onion
1/2 cupred wine
1/3 cup ofOlive oil

Salt crusted Baked potato:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

perforate the potato to accelerate cooking

rub kosher salt on potato

wrap in aluminum foil and place in oven

Chicken:

preheat pan over med high heat

mix all seasoning and remainder of salt into a bowl

rub seasoning into chicken and dust with remainder

pour oil into pan and place chicken into pan

drop heat to low and cover for 6 minutes and flip

let rest for 5 minutes when complete

Asparagus:

deglaze pan with red wine and place asparagus into pan

salt and pepper to taste
