Original recipe makes 12 Servings
Coconut Cake W/pina Colada Sauce Preparation
Mix cake mix with ingredients shown on box. Add pudding mix, coconut , and Coco Lopez. Spray Bunt pan with Pam and brush with melted butter. Spinkle lightly with granulated sugar. Pour cake mixture into pan and bake about 40-45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.Cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes, then loosen center and edges with a knife and invert on serving dish.
To make sauce, mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Cut cake and spoon sauce over top.
